So this Volvo was following me for a good 15 miles with cardboard grill cover. I don't know of it was meant to be on purpose because they did not try at all to remedy the issue. If it was meant to be there I don't see its function.
Btw my wife took this picture so I wasn't being a mindless dick on the road

It looks like it just blew in front of the car, and the driver didn't give enough shits to try and maneuver it off.

Had a newspaper do that, didn't blow off until the top of the grapevine.

As you can see here, we have a prime specimen of highway cardboard square. The squares will typically spend most of their lives feeding on the highway surface, but every once in a while, a brave square will attach itself to a traveling vessel in a symbiotic relationship. The square will eat the detritus and bacteria that form on the car's surface while the car gains armor to protect itself from bugs and rocks. Let's watch and see this beautiful act of nature progress.

Obviously, the cardboard was just bored.

My father taught me a long time ago to watch debris. Floating, static, it doesn't matter. If you drive by it or over, make sure it comes out the other side.
We were once on the highway , and a piece of newspaper didn't make it out the other end. He sighed, and started watching the temp gauge. Sure enough, we had to pull over and pull it out of the grill.
His father let him down by not teaching him this. Always blame the parents.
